THE PROCESS
Initial call: In a phone call we get to know each other and talk about your coaching goal and expectations.
Offer: You will receive a non-binding offer and if I am the right coach for you, we will arrange between 3-6 coaching sessions (60-90min each).
1st session: We define your concrete goal. I support you in gaining insights and developing structured measures.
Implementation: You have a clear understanding of your goals and implement the steps you developed in your everyday life.
Further Sessions: We reflect on your experiences to adjust or expand next actions towards your goal.
Last Session: You evaluate the progress of your goal, we celebrate your successes and plan possible steps for the sustainable implementation.
INSIGHTS INTO THE COACHING TOOLBOX
Through targeted questions, thought-provoking impulses or role-playing, other perspectives on a situation and alternative approaches to a solution are revealed to you.
CHANGE OF PERSPECTIVE
You use various models to identify situationally and individually appropriate leadership styles or to achieve role clarity for yourself and your team.
